BPO Business Process Outsourcing where in service provided
by a third party to a company's customers, A company makes
contract with a thirt party for providing services to
company's own customers, services in the sence, resolving
problems online, providing details on customer's queries,
taking requests or lodging complaints for which customer
suffered a lot. Here customer doesnt need to go their
company's office premises to resolve their problems ,
requests or queris. He just dials up customer care and
lodges comlaint and resolution part is taken care by third
party on behalf of company.so its like a bridge between
company and customers where in customer saves time and money
and company as well. This is the important reason why BPO's
are popular now-a-days.
