Anyone can easily answer this question in straight way.But
will we get such an opportunity to share the moments of
devastation happened.I just do remember the
incident than the year.It was the year in which people were
all in festive mood and the days were filled with the most
chill
of the winter.After the celebrating the moments of joy and
happy weekend, rushed to the office on the monday morning.I
cursed
myself for not looking at the headlines of the day either on
tv or news paper.After all, while starting to the office i do
not get time for these to look usually.
One by ony I was greeting the team,and reached the last
one,to my surprise the one came so early to the desk.I was just
turned up to her and frightened to see the tears in the eyes
with cheeks turned to red.
Fritened to be the leader for the team for the moment.
At the speed of the light I asked her what happened and what
made her so, with most difficult to words uttered that there
was
a storm last night,in which her sister was stuck and there
was no communication since last night till that moment.We as
team,
made her to console and feel comfortable with sharing the
most positive moments of the lives,and the attitude that
reached
the peaks of positive thinking.what next? was the question
to me while she was feeling urgency to reach her sister's
call.The
team made her to connect to the call from the conference
room in which we were allowed to connect only to the
clients.Are we
crossing the boundaries or reaching the new horizons? God
must not bring the situation where human cannot handle such a
disasterrous incident.
one was with full of suspense,one was with full anxiety, one
was with full of worry, one was with full of work pending, one
was with full of issues in the project monthly status report
ready for the meeting,
bringing all the attitudes and emotions to a single attitude
called 'team work'
it is no great job as long as one wears a smile all the time.
Is it real that someone like said, 'history begins on
monday'..may be true..!
Eversince i was collecting the donations to submit the same
to those victims families.Will you be there in extending your
hands..?

The year that made a mark the year that remained a disaster
in my in my career,thanking My Boss who made me to cross those
unexpected risks if happend, and how to handle the difficult
situation in real time too,the best team i have ever worked
with
so far.
This was the scenario, in whichever it happened but remained
as a nightmare to the people who were closed associated with
the
incident and people who were associated with those people
who worried on that moment and aftermath.
positive thinking,emotional intelligence,risks,team
work,status,and the result..these are the factors that i see
in this
question than the straight answer anytime..
