different loading condition.

Efficiency =
(Output/Output+Iron losses+Copper losses)*100
Iron losses = No load test,
Copper losses = Short circuit test
Regulation = (Impedance voltage/Rated input voltage)*100
Impedance voltage = Short circuit test(Voltage drop)
