why this happens is not the question u will find it on
internet However basic troubleshooting steps for this are
1]if u installed new hardware and since then u r facing the
issue remove the hardware and replace with older or good 1
like ram and hard drive.
2]if u have installed any software and since then u r
facing the issue go to safe mode by pressing f8 key when
system restarts(u can find how to go to safe mode on
internet)and remove the software from add/remove programs.
3]try with last known good configuration utility by
pressing F8 as u did earlier in safe mode still not working
contact computer vender as it might be the issue with RAM
or hard drive.
4] if u can change RAM change it with good one check it
5] if u can change the hard drive(hdd) change it and try to
to install Operating system as well with other softwares
If still not working reach computer manufacturer.
