How can you measure out exactly 4 litres of water from a tap
using a 3 litre and a 5 litre bucket?
Answer Posted / durga
first fill the 5lt bucket, then pour this water into 3lt
bucket.. then we have 2lts of water in 5lts bucket.then
empty the 3lts bucket, again fill with 2lts of water which
is in 5lts bucket. now we have 2lts of water in 3lts bucket.
now again fill the 5lts bucket, then pour this water in to
3lts bucket up to complete..i.e it takes one lt water. now
we have 4 lts of water in 5lts bucket.
