In columns Stationary phase is Organic phase is coated over
the Silica surface. But during manufacturing it is not
possiable that all active sites(Silica surface)are coated
with organic phase there will be some vacant areas. In that
areas it is possiable to coat with Long chain Organic phase.
so small chain such CH3 is coated in that areas.
