Why distribution transformer secondary voltage is 0.433kV
instead of 0.415kV.all other switchgear rating are 415
volt??

Voltage rating does not matter up to 650 V.433V transformers
are used whenever distribution lines are long ,to maintain
minimum reqd voltage at tail end .
