Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US
Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also
told me that I want some more information from ur HR and
give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of
weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper
(seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application
is not considered in ins....definition of specialized
knowledge professional why they are different etc.
My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u
receive any call in next 2 weeks.
Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please
answer...
Any idea what is this ?
Does this mean its a complete rejection ?
After how many days can I apply for another visa ?
Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the
chances ?
I would appreciate an answer...

no problem dear you can apply after 4 month from your rejection date , plz conetect to your HR and said to him regarding again appy D160 from.and get confirmation

Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development.
