Tell me the scenario where sevirity More and Priority Low?
Answer Posted / pavan
Depending upon the situvations the development lead will be give the highest sevirity with lowest priority otherwise lowest sevirity with highest priority.
E.g: When ever the client will be received to the company,at that time the project will be completed 70% is completed remaining will be not completed for this we will give the lowest sevirity with highest priority.
When ever the client has received to the company if the project has completed 90% but welcome page is having some spelling mistakes at that time we will give the highest sevirity with lowest priority
