When a project was started in an organisation ,Testing team
will get BRS & FRS documents and starts preparing the Test
cases for the application.when the Build was released
whether the Testing team will execute only the written Test
cases (or) they may update further testcases

EXECUTE testcases ( some cases onley ) and proceed update
further testcases WHEN SEE THE EXAMPLE
Take One e-mail project
some testcases wrote when software was released
like LOGIN ,receiving mail,sending mail(completed)
LOGOUT,.....(INCOMPLETE)
while preparing Logout and other modules we are able to
testing softwarebuild(when there is no major releation b/w
completed and un completed modulues)
