EIGRP uses five types of packets-- 1-Hello packets(multicast)
2-Updates packets
3-Acknowledge packets
4-Query packets
5-Reply packets
In EIGRP use three different tables--
1-Neighbours table
2-Topology table
3-Routing table
EIGRP discover the neighbours with the help of Hello
protocols and communication via RTP(Reliable Transfer
