Suppose a tester reports the bug to the developer and
developer rejects it saying that the bug which is reported by
tester is not a bug.In such a case what should a tester
do?...Kindly answer this question ..
Answer Posted / chaitanya1987
if the tester rejectd the bug,we should not compromise.we
again recheck that bug.then also if we feel that the bug is
really a defect then we will REOPEN the bug and will send it
to developer again.
if suppose he is not willing to accept that
one as a defect then we will show him the required path
(CTM)which describes how we generate that defect and make
him to realize that the defect is a valid one.
