I have 11KV/415V power distribution transformer. I have
found unbalance current in LT (415V) side. Also observed
that unbalance voltage (3V) at LV side due to HV side
unbalance voltage. What should I check for this? Also, the
same LV side load can run in balance on captive power.

Inter -turn short on the HT side is suspected
