pkgadd is the command using to install a package to the
system.
To create a Solaris Package:
1. Create a prototype with pkgproto command
2. Create the package with pkgmk command using the
prototype file created on step-1.
3. Convert the package to datastreem format (single file)
using pkgtrans command.
