THE 'UNFAIR LABOUR PRATICES HAS NOT EXHAUSTIVELY BEEN
DEFINED IN ANY OF THE ENFORCED LEGISLATIVE ENACTMENTS IN
INDIA.BUT IN EXTENSIVE VIEW OF JUDICIAL,
'any order made in bad faith with an ulterior motive
arbitrarily or with harshness is an instances of unfair
labour practice'.
