How can I write Notice for an employee who was absent for
last 10 days without any information.

try to contact the person thru contact nos. or add. or by
other persons who know's him/her,if you made a contact or
not and there's a need for higher management to know then
make a notice for them to decide,to retain the person or
fill-up the post vacated by that person
