Stray or ghost voltages occur from capacitive coupling,
which takes place between energized circuits and non-
energized non-connected adjacent wiring.
practical occurance : When facilities or buildings are
built and wired, it's very common for the electricians to
pull extra wire thru the conduit for future use. These
wires are typically left unconnected until needed.at this
situation coupling effect takes place as explained above.

In a 3 phase 4-wire system. For a 3.5 core cable if all loads are single phase and balanced, what will be neutral current? will it be sum of all phase currents? Or it will be zero? And if loads are unbalanced what will be neutral current?

I have one ct of ratio 3000-2000/1 Amp its knee point voltage mentioned on name plate is 500-333/30mA-50mA at Vk/2. in secondary box there is three terminal named 1S1, 1S2, 1S3 then on which terminal obtained the knee point voltage ie 1S1-1S2 OR 1S1-1S3 & also specify the knee point voltage for the ratio 3000 from name plate.
