1)They are obedient to team leader , polite and friendly
2)They are creative
3)they will dedicate themselves to the work they assign and
strive for the team success
4)They has the capability to learn new things rapidly
5)they won't disappoint with the failure, but learn many
things from it,and take equal responsibility rather than
throwing mud at other person.
