first hr round if one puts fake experience of 2or 3 yrs in

Dear..it all depends on how sound the interviewer is in solaris..he will always try to ask about issues that he faced..and be strong on what you have learnt. Because interviewer may not be well versed with the areas you are working..Scripting knowledge alwasys helps you...
