simulation is tools for giving false appereance at input
for checking logic result
by simulation we can check stroke (operation) of control
valves,control test of motor(start/stop),
and major advantage is ,during plant running,if any input
not working properly,then by simulating we can rectify its
problem in such way we can avoid the false tripping of plant

In my company plc based winders are operated. one day there was a data transmission failure alarm shown on pc. as per sir instruction we have reset master plc but winders were not triped and alarm gone. so what master plc do?
