THERE ARE DIFFRENT LEVELS HOW TICKET COMES
LIKE LEVEL 1 CALL CENTRE FOR END USER OPERATIONAL ISSUE
LEVEL 2 THROUGH SUPPORT TEAM FOR MINOR CONFIGURATION CHANGES
