to be honest id rather not leave the compnay am currently
with. in the past 2 years that i have worked there i have
managed to build a reputable name and positoin for myself.
infact am rather comfortable with myself there but the
reasons i am leaving are, i seem to have achieved evry
promotion possible and i feel as i have climbed to the
higset rank available for me in that company, another
reason that makes me want to leave is the the travel time
and cost. you see i live in bradford and work in hull which
means i have to drive over 140 miles every day. i hit the
rush hour in the morning and in the evening which consumes
alot of precious time. 3 hours of my time is wasted on a
daily basis, so basicly thats 18 hours a week that am not
getting paid for!!

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for.
