royality is the periodical payment made by the tenant to the
landlord for using his tangible or intangible
assets royalty is caculated on the gross output or
sales made by the tenant....
examples; AJAY CO LTD has leased a land of 50acres from
Simran sharma to extract limestone Ajay Co LTD pays 10rs per
tonn as the royalty for Simran Sharma
