voltage*current
power t/f(1-phase,3-phase)is designed to change amplitude
of high frequency pulses by the turns ratio and provide
isolation b/wcircuits
distribution transformer is used to change the voltage
levels ex:high to low&low to high
(step up t/f&step down t?f)
