How to kill a background job which is not showing any pid

If SM50 is not showing any related pid for background job
then make use of T code "SMX".SMX will let you know what
are the background jobs running and one can cancel the job
easily with SMX.
This transcation is for individual. if we want to see the
batch jobs running for other user, any suggestion. Thanks.
