As the xmer is havin its rating in kva so it depends only on voltage and current so if voltage increases thn current decreases and vice versa so if primary voltage is increased so its current decreases nd vice versa. So if secondary voltage is 11kv thn current in secondary will increase so i think kva will remain same.
