why celing fan is running in anti clock wise and table fan
is running in clock wised?

Direction of rotation has nothing to do with rotor or
slator. It is the pitch or angle of blades which are
required to run in the required direction (clock or
anticlock wise)for blowing air and not sucking the air. The
direction of any fan or motor can be changed
by "Capicitor's terminals".
