For IBM Tech support IT Help Desk voice the rounds are:
1.General Introduction with some questions associated with
it.
2.Technical Round
3.Operations Round.
4.Voice and Accent Round.
/1/You will be sitting in a group of 13 odd candidates and
will be asked to tell something about yourself.After
briefing about yourself some additional questions may be
asked to you.
a)Mention your strengths and weakness.
b)Where do you want to see yourself five years from now?
c)Conception about IBM.
d)Memorable moment.
e)Concept of Team.
/2/ Technical questions will be asked to you like,the
definition of networking,tcp/ip,switch,routers or very
basic components of a network.
Additionally your motivation for the job,your concept about
the job profile.
/3/ Operations Round:All questions relating to personal
interests and relating to the company,how much apt and
impromptu are you in replying that is to be checked.
/4/They can call you up anytime during the telephonic
interview.In my case they called me up during the night at
9.30.
Introduction-something about IBM-job profile-speaking up
about special interest.
The interviewer will read out a passage on real time and
based on the passage she will ask you 5 questions.You have
to identify the answer on real time.
