in the construction field the roll of electrical engineer is
as follows
1-he has to see the basic design engineering of the project
2-detail engineering with safety factor in the design .
3-basic & detail engineering for provision of earthing pits
of electrical intallation.
4-design for illumination of different area and lux calculation.
5-cable size calculation cable scheduling &its route
selection ,over head or under ground
6-proper protection system for all electrical installation .
7-design for fire alarm &detection system &so many more
which i am not writing here
