why neutral and body earthing of transformers kept
separated? what is distance between two is required as per
is?
Answer Posted / awais arain
if not separated, suppose neutral is not working
properly, then in case of lightning on the body of
tranformer then very large current will flow through body
earthing wire to neutral earthing wire.So it will be
dangerous for transformer.
so to avoid from destruction both body earthing & neutral
earthing are separatly properly earthed.
