today HR outsourcing is gaining pace. Do you think a company
must have its internal HR department?
Answer Posted / mohsin s. shaikh
Of course I think the HR department should be internal as,
b'coz its department which the first contact point to
companies employee and the managment. As the it's an
important deaprtment it cannot be outsource to the other
party. As the self employeed HR of the company, can
understand the company noms verywell as copared to other.
Thank you
