NO A COVER SLIP IS NOT NEEDED AS IT WOULD MAKE OBSERVATION
UNDER 100X VERY DIFFICULT A COVER SLIP IS USED FOR MOTILITY
TEST AND FOR FUNGAL IDENTIFICATION
