According to me sucess is acheiving what you have expected
and more than that. People says success come from the hard
work but if you work smart then it will be more faster than
you think. Smart work is something that you do the thing
differently, the same work as assigned to the another
people but with very high quality. Opputunities [lay
important role in the success, make every oppurtunity a
successful oppurtunity. And whwn the you get the
satisfaction with your work....

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
