It is process oriented to ensure that the
development and/or maintenance process is adequate to ensure
a system will meet its objectives.
Quality Control:
It is product oriented with set of activities
designed to evaluate a developed work product.

It is the planning done for doing a process
Quality Control:
It is the action taken on the process.

Have we built the right product (as per
expectations)
Quality Control:
Have we built the product right (without defects)
