let t be the time the 2 trains meet after 9 am
6t = 8(t-2)
2t = 4
t=2
time they meet = 9:00 + 2 = 11 : 00

Hi Guys. I am an Instrumentation and Control Engineer(ICE) and have filled various PSU entrance exam forms.
