have been asked what is headhunting? what should i answer.
how should have explain and give my personal round of

head hunting means directly concerned to candidate for
recruitment. head hunting is toataly possible with job
portal, friends, relatives , references, and also internet.

Hii I pased my MBA HR through corespondance and I did my BSC (com sci) right now I am not in my country and I don't know any thing about HR because I passed my MBA just for passing now can any one tell me what should I do to get a job ? I want to know if I do B Sc and MBA simultaneously whether it will be acceptable by organization (private / public) while I try for job opportunities.
