start one node and it will search for quorum devices and
after voting, the DID devices will be accessible and one
node will start. If quorum deice is not available than from
Ok prompt.
ok boot -s
modify quorum device in the below file.
/etc/cluster/ccr/infrastructure.
and boot node with local quorum device.
