Quality Assurance(QA):-
1-QA activities are work process oriented.
2-QA is preventive.
3-The direct result of these activities are changes to the
process.
4-Example-Quality,Auditing,Reporting.
Quality Control(QC):-
1-QC activities are work product oriented.
2-QC is detective.
3-The direct result of these activities are changes to the
product.
4-Example-Testing,Review.
