SAID TO BE NOT FINALISED , SO AT HE END OF CERTAIN PERIOD
WHEN WE EXTRACT P&L A/C, B/S AND OTHER CLOSING REPORTS,IT
IS CALLED AS FINALISATION OF ACCOUNTS FOR THAT PERIOD.
