ownership of any thing could be good fr the person who is
owner only bt it is nt possible tht everyone become owner
fr development.development require competency upgradation
one person should e updated n always learn frm his work,
mistake n expert perrson.develoment of a person depand on
only himself if he want to develop he do effort fr it nt
run away for owner ownership cme frm develoment development
doesnt come frm ownership.
