/etc/vx/bin/vxencap -c -g <disk group name> -f <format>
<diskalias name>=<disk name>

EX:
#/etc/vx/bin/vxencap -c -g rootdg -f sliced d0=c0t0d0

take a bakup of all the M.C.F

#init 6

#vxdisksetup -i c2t2d0 format=sliced

#vxdg -g rootdg adddisk d1=c2t2d0

#vxdisk list <chk the info>

#vxmirror -g rootdg d0 d1
