Once the assessment is over, the mgmt knows the exact
picture of the employee's performance. Then the mgmt can
arrange for the need-based training for the employees who
shows poor performance.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working.
