experinced is to have a enthusiastic start.if your company
Recruits freshers, then it wil be your company who will make
us experinced and have better prospect to work by this
fresher will Love to work with your company for a long time.
it's all like a child who feel most comfortable wid their
best relatives tht is their parents who teachs them how to
carry their Life and get experinced with their WORK.....

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months.
