It Happens Some Times But We Can Clear Proxy Settings
(Delete Cookies & Browsing History)Or We Can Try With
Different Browser.Also U Can Try This Step------Tools--
Internet Options-----Connections Tab----LAN Settings-----
Make Sure All Box Are Unchecked
