Actually what happened when we use above 30% conc. supposed we using 40% conc of sugar or excess of this the dimerization will occur there means same principle of UV spectroscopy so two molecule arrange in array one behind other in such cases you will got minimum optical rotation in respect to actual concentration of sample your linear curve will not complies in correlation i.e. NLT 0.9995.
