As per accounting standard 3 cash flow statement represent
the changes in cash position b/w the dates of the two
balancesheets. and also its additional information to the
user. and it also exibit flow of incoming and outgoing of
cash. its also one of the tool to measure the liquidity and
also short term debt paying ability of the firm
