in our sub station why we step down firstly 33kv\11kv then
11kv to 430v. can we direct step down 33v to 430.v.

Yes we can, but if our exixting system is workable for only
11kv and required capacity is more then 4000kva then we
have to take 33kv connection and after that it has to step
down 11kv for supplying our esisting system, which is
working only for 11kv/430v.
