Stator of three phase induction motor creates Rotating
Magnetic field.But why not Transformer?

Because in induction motor there is an air gap whieh makes
the stator flux to rotate in the space but in transformers
rotating flux is not possible since the core act as a low
reluctance path and flux takes that path.
