if you are talking about measuring the resistances
practically, then you just have to set the multimeter on
OHM measurement and put it across A AA terminals (for
armature resistance) and F FF terminals (for field
resistance).

I am having a 42KW 3 phase electrical heating furnace, heating element is 80/20 nichrome material, my connections is made in such a way that 2 star connection compromising 2 coils per phase so totally 12 coils, shall if i use it unbalanced star condition (instead of 2 group of 3 phase or 1 group of 3 phase, connecting 4 phases of 5 phases) what will be the consequences and is it acceptable?
I have made a 3 phase thyristor full bridge rectifier. But at the moment it is working only for the half bridge operation. Both the half bridges are on operation separately but when i put it into full bridge operation the oscilloscope output is zero. I rechecked that the pulses are correct for each thyristor. what could be the possible reason for this?
