what is the back ground of transformer working? applying
voltage to primary and emf inducing in primary and
secondary? how it is possible? please answer me with
scientific approach?
Answer Posted / vasudeva rao
transformer mainly works on the mutual induction principle.
if primary gets excited with supply the winding itself
induces flux, these flux links with windings produces emf
in primary these primary flux links with secondary winding
and produces emf according to the mutual induction
principle.
